As their Senior UX Researcher, I designed and implemented end-to-end research processes, from participant recruitment to delivering actionable insights to the company.
I conducted in-depth interviews with stakeholders and users, presenting usability insights to improve experience and test
new products and features. Also, I've created user personas based on customer behaviour,
helping to map their journeys and identify pain points in collaboration with Product Team and designers.

As a freelance UX Researcher, I collaborated with a global industry client producing tools and services. Working on an international project, I engaged with professionals from multiple countries (Germany, Switzerland, USA, France, India, etc.) to understand internal pain points and needs through qualitative interviews and journey mapping. Based on this, we designed an internal tool to replace multiple tools across different countries, aiming to streamline work processes globally.
