Projects
Many of my projects involve client confidentiality and sensitive data. However, to provide a general idea, I can share some insights into the process and discuss the briefing and solution presented. If you'd like to learn more about any specific project, feel free to send me a message, and we can chat further, OK?

Briefing
The customer is creating a Sustainable Packaging Development Center in São Paulo and, therefore, wants to develop a portal.
This channel aims to create content about Circular Economy, engage customers, designer communities, business owners, startups and other partners to know the place, and motivate them to make partnerships.
Main Obstacles
-
Time (2 week project for Discovery + 2 weeks for wireframes and usability tests delivery);
-
Budget Constraint (unfortunately it was not possible to allocate customer resources for research in this project).
-
From a Co-creation Workshop with several internal customer fronts, we present the data gathered so far to guide the group. From there, we jointly designed a expected user journey within the portal, seeking to understand their pains, motivations and touchpoints. The journey seeks to focus the efforts to plan the main features of the site and also serve as a guide for the future of this idealized product.
-
Finally, together with the designers, were developed low/medium fidelity screens with all the features mapped and to facilitate the user's understanding in the usability tests. In the test, tasks were submitted to the user, with adjustments and suggestions for adjustments being made for the high fidelity version and the final version of the portal.

Solution and Deliverables
-
To deliver insights into the Circular Economy and the packaging industry, as well as understanding the customer and the project, we conducted a Desk Research.
-
To gather data on the practices of other players with their portals, we carried out a benchmark, seeking to understand desirable functionalities for the portal and differentiation opportunities
-
From a CSD matrix, we aligned the internal information that the client provided, the doubts that still remained and the possible assumptions based on the information gathered. From that, we performed a Survey with a base of potential customers provided by the customer to resolve assumptions and understand their level of maturity in relation to the Circular Economy.
